Home Stagers in the Vanguard Directory
Home stagers prepare a house to be photographed and shown: editing and rearranging what is already there, bringing in rented furniture and art for empty rooms, choosing paint and lighting that reads well in photos, and advising sellers on what to pack away before listing. Sellers and agents come to this page when a house has sat without offers, when a vacant property feels cold in photos, or before a listing goes live and the first weekend matters.
Staging is unlicensed; experience and inventory are what to judge. Ask for before-and-after photos of recent jobs, how long the furniture rental runs and what it costs to extend if the house does not sell, who moves the pieces in and out, and whether the quote covers a consultation only or full staging. Fees are usually a consultation charge plus a monthly rental for furnished staging. Many stagers also work alongside interior designers after the move, and residential real estate agents can often tell you which rooms matter most to buyers in your market.
Each stager here wrote their own listing, and a person reviewed it before it appeared. If you stage homes, apply to get listed — free, a few minutes.
