These terms apply to the Vanguard Directory (the "Directory"), operated by Vanguard Digital Marketing, LLC ("VDM", "we", "us"). By browsing the Directory or submitting a listing application, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you are listing. One account per business. The contact information you give us must be real and reachable.
Every application is reviewed by a person before anything is published. Approval is at our sole discretion, and we are not obligated to explain a decision. We may also edit, suspend, or remove a published listing at any time — for example if the information turns out to be inaccurate, the business closes, or the listing breaks these terms.
There is no charge to apply for or maintain a listing at this time, and the Directory takes no payment details. If we introduce paid placements or paid features in the future, existing listings will be given notice before anything changes for them.
You keep ownership of the business information and any material you submit. By submitting it, you grant VDM a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it as part of the Directory and in ordinary promotion of the Directory, for as long as your listing is published.
You confirm that you have the right to submit what you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
You are responsible for keeping your listing accurate. You can edit it any time from your company dashboard. Listings that become materially wrong or misleading may be removed.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

Listings are supplied by the businesses themselves. A listing is not an endorsement, certification, or recommendation by VDM, and we do not independently verify the quality, licensing, insurance, or fitness of any listed business. Your dealings with a listed business are between you and that business.
We do not promise that a listing will generate leads, calls, customers, rankings, or revenue of any kind, and we do not guarantee that the Directory will be available without interruption or free of errors.
The Directory links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their practices, or their privacy policies.
The Directory's name, design, layout, graphics, and original text belong to VDM and may not be copied or reused without permission, other than the ordinary act of viewing and sharing pages.
To the fullest extent Texas law allows, VDM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data, arising out of your use of the Directory. Because listings are free, our total liability for any claim relating to the Directory is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You can ask us to remove your listing at any time, and we will delete the listing page and the account. We may suspend or remove a listing that breaks these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows when. Continuing to use the Directory after a change means you accept the updated terms.
