Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled, energetic, and dependable Mobile Detailer to join our team in Conroe, TX. In this role, you will travel to client locations (residential and commercial) to perform high-quality detailing services.
This position is commission-based, meaning your income directly reflects your efficiency, skill, and performance—offering high earning potential per job plus 100% of your tips.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Operations: Travel to customer sites on schedule with all necessary detailing tools, equipment, and eco-friendly supplies.
Interior & Exterior Detailing: Perform deep vacuuming, steam cleaning, leather conditioning, wash/dry, clay bar treatments, waxing, and polishing.
Quality Assurance: Conduct pre-detail inspections and post-detail walkthroughs with clients to ensure total satisfaction.
Equipment Care: Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of mobile equipment, pressure washers, buffers, and supply inventories.
Customer Service: Deliver friendly, professional customer service that builds repeat business and positive reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements
Detailing Experience: 1+ years of professional or high-level automotive detailing experience preferred.
Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather conditions and perform physical labor (bending, reaching, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs).
Attention to Detail: Meticulous work ethic with a passion for automotive care and customer satisfaction.
